Convenient Maintenance
How's this for an AirBnB amenity!? Like seriously! Of all the AirBnBs I could have booked for my stay in Las Vegas this past month, by COMPLETE coincidence I ended up at car enthusiasts Andy & Linzy's place. They're Porsche and Audi people, but the minute Andy saw me turn up in the BMW he offered me use of the lift if I wanted. What an awesome car-man-cave setup; a true dream garage. Of course I had to take him up on the generous offer, as there's always something to do. I was finally able to install a new speedometer cable (been driving around for 3 months with no speedo or odometer!), fixed some binding I've been having in the steering, changed the oil, gave everything a good look over, and tightened a few bolts of course. I'm very thankful for Andy & Linzy's fantastic accomodations in general, and access to the lift was an incredible bonus! Sooo much better than rolling around on the ground of an O'Reily's parking lot like usual. 🔧 I like fate, fate is fun.
