CH-47 Waterdrop
I was exploring Tonto Basin Arizona this past weekend and encountered this badass CH-47 doing water drop training maneuvers over Roosevelt Lake. Impressive equipment to see in action and fun to photograph! 🙌 What's interesting too is I looked up it's tail number and see that both this chopper and Rotak in general are based out of Alaska... I wonder what they're doing way down here? Just down to escape the winter and enjoy the desert scenery like I am, perhaps?
