Zion's Tiny Getaway
Tiny homes rule!! This quick overnight stay at @zionstinygetaway was really enjoyable. I do well in small spaces, and find it fun experiencing different configurations to see how living spaces can be optimized. I've never seen one with a raised seating area up front like this so wanted to check it out. It divides the space nicely making you feel like you're in a separate area, yet the wide open air space of the tall ceilings throughout makes it feel spacious. Very cozy. Another 6 inches of headroom above the upstairs bed could be nice, though. One day, when my itch to travel wears off, I do imagine myself likely going the tiny home route rather than purchasing a full size house with 30 year mortgage attached to it. My current “dream” setup would be something like 10-20 acres of land to homestead, a tiny home, and then a massive garage or barn for cars and hobbies!
