Diné Tah Scenic Road
Happy new year! I'm a few weeks behind updates; this was from a pre-Christmas drive up through the northeastern corner of Arizona, around Canyon de Chelly National Monument. Unfortunately the weather turned, so I didn't actually get to spend any time in the monument, but it sure did make for an interesting driving adventure... This road was definitely a top 3 worthy most sketchy conditions I've driven in this car 😬 It rained and snowed the day before, then the temp plummeted to 20 F overnight. So not only was the car coated in ice in the morning but so was the road at 7,500 feet 🥶 The last pic is of the road steaming like crazy when the sun started warming it.
